- Gym Fit Premium Rubber dumbbells are designed to last longer than the standard rubber dumbbell. The Premium Rubber or Virgin Rubber is more durable than standard rubber and does not chip or crack as easily over time. Our dumbbells are solid steel weights pressed onto solid steel handles under 5 tons of pressure to ensure the tightest possible fit, which is then machine welded so it will never come loose. The handles are chrome coated with the correct depth of knurling which enhances your grip whilst being comfortable.
