Errors and shortages must be reported to Direct Parts Supply Ltd within 7 days of receipt in writing to email@example.com quoting order number and specific details of error or shortage. Direct Parts Supply Ltd Gym-Fit accepts no responsibility for incorrect goods supplied not purchased directly from this web site.
Any item wishing to be returned must first be requested to be returned in writing within 7 days of receipt of the item to firstname.lastname@example.org. The Invoice number must be quoted when requesting a return.
You will then be contacted as to whether the item can be returned.
If the item is accepted to be returned there is a minimum re-stocking fee of 20% of the goods value plus VAT. The original shipping fee cannot be credited in any way. The re-stocking fee is a minimum of 20% but may be higher, the actual re-stocking fee will be confirmed to you when you are contacted about the return.
Gym Cables manufactured by GymFit and all Electronic items are none returnable. No warranty is offered on any Gym Cable manufactured by GymFit that is not fitted by a GymFit engineer. 30 days warranty on Gym Cables manufactured and fitted by GymFit
When your return has been accepted the goods must be returned to us at your cost in the new condition they were supplied in, this includes any specific packaging, the returned goods are to be new unused and packing unopened if supplied sealed.
Once the item has been inspected the credit note will be raised and you will be contacted with the details.
We will issue a RETURNS NOTE NUMBER RELATING TO THE ITEM THAT IS ACCEPTED FOR RETURN, THIS NUMBER MUST ACCOMPANY THE ITEM WHEN RETURNED. WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS WITHOUT THIS NUMBER.

GymFit manufactured Cables are supplied without warranty unless fitted by a GymFit Engineer.
