All products are backed by the relevant manufacturers 90 day guarantee. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Electronic items cannot be returned once purchased, if found to be defective will be tested and the appropriate test charge applied in the event that the item is found not to be defective. All shipping charges at customers cost. If product found to be defective repair or replacement will be offered if within warranty period.
Electronic Repairs cannot be returned.Reported faults must be within 90 days of invoice date. Warranty claims returned at customer cost within warranty period for testing. Our decision is final. Return shipping at customer cost.
Once an electronic repair has been authorised it cannot be cancelled or refunded. Time scales quoted are advisory only and component availability can fluctuate, GymFit take no responsibility for component availability.
Errors and shortages must be reported to Direct Parts Supply Ltd within 2 days of receipt.
Goods signed for in good condition cannot be claimed for damage or shortage.
Overlays & Key Pads must be tested prior to fitting. No warranty is offered on Overlays and Key Boards if the backing has been removed.
GymFit manufactured Cables are supplied without warranty unless fitted by a GymFit Engineer.
