GYM-FIT IS NOT A RETAILER WE ARE BUSINESS TO BUSINESS ONLY. This does not affect your statutory rights. The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and thew Consumer Rights Act 2015 does not apply to transactions performed on the Gym-Fit web site or via Proforma or Prepayment Orders or Invoices.
Gym-fit supplies specialist technical products that should only be fitted by qualified trained technical persons. Failure to do so invalidates all warranty.

ProForma or Prepayment Orders or Invoice.

ProForma or Prepayment Orders or Invoices marked none cancellable and or none returnable are effective upon receipt of payment. Do not complete transactions for ProForma or Prepayment Orders or Invoices if you do not accept this condition. This condition is binding once payment is received the payer is committed to receiving the goods detailed on the ProForma or Prepayment Order or Invoice and cannot return of cancel them.

In the event an incorrect item is received, the correct item or items will be supplied as soon as available. No refund or return is allowed. Note delivery dates quoted are always estimated and Direct Parts Supply is not liable for any changes that occur to estimated delivery dates quoted.

If an item ordered under these conditions fails and a warranty claim is made. The returns procedure detailed elsewhere in our terms and conditions applies. However the procedure only applies, no refund will be made only a replacement item will be supplied once the manufacturer has verified the item is subject to warranty conditions.

The conditions detailed above pertaining to ProForma or Prepayment Orders or Invoices supersede any conditions of sales detailed within the Direct Parts Supply Limited Terms and conditions.

If the conditions pertaining to ProForma or Prepayment Orders or Invoices are not acceptable, do not proceed with the transaction. Once the transaction is made and the funds are received the order and theses ProForma or Prepayment Orders or Invoices conditions are irrevocable.


Current delivery time for in stock spare parts is up to 7 working days despatch.
Delivery time for none stock spare parts will be notified when known. These dates are not guaranteed as they are out of our control.
Current delivery time frames for Free Weight & Bars is up to 4-12 weeks, PLEASE ASK FOR CURRENT DELIVERY TIMES BEFORE ORDERING.

Unless fitted by a Gym-Fit engineer Cables,Lifting Belt, Electrical/Electronic items cannot be warrantied and none return documentation will require completion for electronics before despatch.

We can only warranty electrical and electronic items if fitted by a Gym-Fit engineer.
If in doubt DO NOT ORDER before enquiring as to type of product being ordered.
An electronic item is defined as an item used in an electric or electronic circuit.

When making a payment using a UK or European Credit or Debit Card a secondary method of card authorisation is now required by your bank.
If your card is not set up correctly by you or your bank or you are not authorised to complete the second stage authorisation your transaction may fail.
